Cancellation policy
Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to any purchase option offered by BarTopTees (operated by CW Club LLC) where payment, production, or delivery happens later than checkout, such as pre-orders, subscriptions, or deferred-payment purchases ("Purchase Options"). It supplements our Return & Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
Pre-Orders
- You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before the item goes into production.
- Because our products are made to order, once production has started the order can no longer be cancelled, except as allowed under our Return & Refund Policy for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- If we cannot fulfill a pre-order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Subscriptions and Recurring Orders
- You may cancel a subscription or recurring order at any time before your next billing date through your customer account or by contacting us.
- Cancellation stops future charges. Orders already billed or in production will be fulfilled and are not refundable, except as allowed under our Return & Refund Policy.
- There are no cancellation fees.
Deferred Payment Purchases
If you selected a deferred-payment option, you may cancel before production begins without charge. After production begins, the full balance remains due according to the payment terms shown at checkout.
How to Cancel
Email service@bartoptees.com or call +1 (781) 528-0623 with your order number. We will confirm your cancellation within 2 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
